On May 28, 2025, St. Stephen’s School in Rome will host its annual gala—an elegant evening dedicated to honoring international education, cultural exchange, and the enduring values of community and global citizenship that define the school’s mission.
This year’s gala will take place at the Fondazione Nicola Bulgari’s renowned vintage automobile collection, located on Via Valcamonica in Rome. The venue, home to a striking array of classic Buick automobiles, offers a uniquely sophisticated backdrop for what promises to be a memorable evening.
The program will feature a performance by The Yale Alley Cats, a celebrated a cappella group from Yale University known for their dynamic arrangements and international reach. Also taking center stage will be award-winning author Nicole Krauss, whose keynote address is expected to inspire reflection on identity, creativity, and the transformative power of education.
Founded in 1964, St. Stephen’s School is a leading international high school that blends academic rigor with a deep commitment to ethics, service, and global engagement. The annual gala supports student scholarships and community outreach programs, helping to ensure that these core values continue to thrive across generations of learners.
Beyond its philanthropic purpose, the gala also serves as a vibrant gathering point for members of Rome’s diverse international community—including diplomats, educators, artists, business leaders, and alumni—who share a belief in the importance of cultivating intercultural understanding through education.
With music, literature, fine dining, and a celebration of shared values, the 2025 Gala reaffirms St. Stephen’s commitment to preparing students for meaningful lives as informed, compassionate, and engaged global citizens.
