Ave! Starting your application to St. Stephen's is a potentially life-changing step: congratulations on taking it. Since 1964, St. Stephen's has dedicated itself to shaping the futures of its students, who have gone on to build flourishing careers and assume leadership roles in their respective fields at home and overseas. As the only international school in the heart of historic Rome, we invite applications from highly motivated, English-speaking students from around the world. Please follow the steps below to begin your journey to a St. Stephen’s education.
1: Complete our online application form
2: Submit the forms and documentation required to complete your child’s application before January 29, 2024.
3: Pay the non-refundable application fee of €300 either online or by bank transfer. (Families applying for Financial Assistance need to contact our Director of Financial Aid at financial.aid@sssrome.it and complete the financial aid application form and ensure that all forms and tax documents are received by January 29, 2024).
4: Attend an Open House event in person or online.
5: Take the admission test and schedule an interview.
The application period for day and boarding students begins at the end of August (previous year) and ends at the end of January (year of application) To apply to the academic year 2024-25, the timeframe is from late August 2023 to the end of January 2024.
We offer rolling admissions for boarding applicants.
